This group pre-registration option is intended for cases where multiple participants from the same institution wish to pre-register together and receive a single invitation letter listing all names.

The first participant added will receive the confirmation email and the invitation letter.
A minimum of two (2) participants is required to complete group pre-registration.
Do not include any participant who has already pre-registered individually—the system will block duplicate registrations.
This form should only be used once per institution for group registration. Additional or repeated submissions are not allowed.
